Xbox One not recognising Sky + HD Model during One Guide setup

Hi

I have tried to set up my new Xbox One to use One Guide. When it comes to selecting the model number my model is not listed. The model number is DRX890WL-Z I have found similar model numbers listed but none work when I send the power command. Do Microsoft update
this model list or is that it and stuck using my sky remote to change channels?

I have also tried remote code 0065 and models DRX890 any more ideas would be appreciated.

OneGuide Sky TV Wales - HD/SD channel mix up and various problems.

Ok, fixed my own problem. It seems during setup I selected sky hd Wales, which puts the HD channels first. You need the HD package from sky to match this setup. I changed it to sky SD Wales and suddenly all the channels are correct and I can still get the
free HD channels, which I thought I wouldn't if I selected SD. Strangely I can add sky 1 as a favorite as well, not sure why that is?

There is still one problem, the guide lists channel 4 but it's actually S4C.

Sky HD + Harmony One remote + One Guide - does this combo work?

I just connected my Sky HD box to Xbox One and wanted to use One Guide instead of sky box tv guide. I'm using Harmony One remote, which works fine with Xbox One TV Tuner (disconnected now). Harmony works fine with xbox and I can open One Guide, but it seems
no commands are passed to Sky box and I can't change channels or access any of its features. How can I make it work with Sky HD + One Guide? Is a particular type of HDMI cable required? I don't have Kinect. Is IR cable or Kinect necessary for such setup?

I know I can program Harmony to talk directly to Sky box, but I'd like to use features of One Guide for sky.

First of all, I would simply like to confirm that you have a Kinect sensor plugged in your Xbox One as it is required to be able to operate your set-top box through the Xbox One's hardware. Also please make sure nothing physical is blocking the Kinect sensor.

If that is the case, then I would recommend using codeset "1662" as it is the closest codeset suggested by our IR blasting provider.

If this codeset does not work for you, I would suggest using this website,
http://www.ueisupport.com/. In the "Set-top box" section, you can try entering your Set-top box brand and the model number you provided. The tool will then suggest a series of codeset that could hopefully help you solve your problem.
