    Xbox One not recognising My Gamepass Ultimate Subscription


    Hi,

    I subscribed for xbox ultimate gamepass from my laptop, and I can see the status is active in "manage my subscriptions" but my xbox doesn't recognise it.

    Gamertag and profile are correct. Xbox keeps prompting me to join ultimate or buy the game.

    What am I missing here?

    Hey there :)

    If power cycling the console is not working...

    I suggest to remove the account and add again on the console ;)

    Hello Johan,

    You can completely shut off the console, plug off the console for 30 seconds, than plug it in and see if it works.

    there are three types of subscriptions for gamepass, one is for Xbox console, and the other is for Windows 10 on pc. The third is Xbox gamepass ultimate, that combine both subscriptions also gold membership.
