Xbox One not recognising Controller.

About a week ago I sent my XBox One for a service, because it hard a problem on the network hardware and it wasn't connecting to the wireless internet.

I few days ago it came back, and now I can't go through the Controller wireless setup since it does not recognises my controller and I have tried all the suggestion on the website (even using the USB cable it does not let me go through it). I have tried
requesting another service/repair, but since my first order has not being closed yet ( I do not know why) I can not request another one.

What should I do? ( I have tried to contact xbox by requesting a call back, like 3 times already and I have not received any call)

Controller issues

hi, I am hoping someone can help me out. I recently updated my Xbox one. I have gone to update my controller and have been unable to, with the system advising me to only have one controller plugged in by usb at a time. I only have one controller. The system
is recognising a controller when I have none plugged in by usb or turned on. I cannot update my controller. How do I go about removing a controller fro the Xbox one? It also appears that my controller is not charging either?

Xbox mic can't hear people but they can hear me

I tried it in a different controller, now it isn't even recognising that my mic is plugged in...

If an Official Xbox One controller is recognised by your Xbox One console where the controller from Zedlabz is not recognised then I would try reaching out to the people who made the controller for support.

We will be requesting a full refund as they insisted they work.

I know it isn't a problem with the USB connection as the current remotes work thru it.

I'm trying to connect to a laptop not a console. I don't have access to my console right now and want to use this controller for mobile gaming but it has limited functionality so I believe the firmware may need updating but my computer recognises it as an Xbox 360 peripherial and not an xbox one controller. Initially it wouldn't recognise it at all, telling me there were no drivers available and the it suddenly recognised it as a 360 controller but ' microsoft accessories' still won't recognise it.

Already done on both.

Controllers recognise old not working microsoft headset but do not recognise the turtle beach ones that had been working fine until Friday.
