Xbox one not receiving notifications

Thanks for your post. I understand you are receiving unwanted notices from Mixer. Are you receiving these messages in "Messages from Xbox Live" or in your Notification Center? You can adjust settings for notifications by following steps here:

I haven't received any notification on my XBox One.

I've signed in and out.

I've removed my profile and added it again.

Ive obviously hard reset.

I've checked and reset many of my profile settings - which were never adjusted in the first place.

It was a very sudden problem that appeared to be a bug after signing into an alternate account on my xbox. Now suddenly yesterday I started to receive social activity notifications for the first time in about 10 days. So now I receive party/game invite notifications.
Though I do not seem to get notifications from when my "favorite" friends come online as I used to. And I haven't receieved any acheivement unlocks to check if that is working yet or not but as of 3-4 days ago it still wasn't. They wouldnt even appear in my
tab when I checked it after knowing full and well I received the achievement.

Oddly enough it is also affecting my iPhone smart glass app. I have notifications on but do not get the notification when I receive messages as I used to. I even signed out/in and uninstalled app. No fix. I used to really enjoy receving notifcations of messages
on my phone without having to maually open and refresh them. Anyway. Thats whats going on.

This is actually a known issue solely affecting the iOS Xbox App. We're currently working on getting this resolved, but don't have a time frame on when it will be. It is separate from the console issue, if that helps ease your mind about any issues with
your account on a whole.

I'm happy to see notifications appear to be working for you now! Since you started to receive activity notifications, have you tried messing with your Notifications settings again? It may be worth resetting those, power cycling, and attempting to set those
up as they were again. It may be worth us messaging back and forth when you have time (and while I'm here at work) to see if you get messages notifications now, too. Let me know if you want to set that up with me!

I suggest going after an achievement, too. Find one that will be easy, and keep an eye out for the notification when you meet its requirements. If you meet them and don't see it, do a quick "Record that" (either via voice or the Home button) to catch the
event. After that, upload the video to OneDrive via the Game DVR app. Check your achievements to ensure it was indeed fully earned. Sometimes they show as "Done! Unlocking..." and you have to wait for that to go through before a notification will show.

If it's fully unlocked there, though, post back with a direct link to your capture from your OneDrive. This will give me some pretty good information on what you're seeing. Screenshots of your notifications settings will also be super beneficial.

I know there's a lot to do here, but give it a shot and get back to me once it's all complete! We'll look over what we have together, and see where to go from there.
