    Hello, friends my xbox one is not reading my phone and as a result i am not able to play movies and music from my smartphone. Suggest something to resolve my problem.

    I bought a 3tb hard drive and plug it up hooked it to usb on my xbox one console and it didn't detected it it wouldn't do nothing wouldn't read it or nothing what will cause this to happen if I plug a usb controller or phone charger in the usb hook up it
