    Xbox one not reading backwards compatible Xbox 360 games


    Xbox one won’t read Xbox 360 discs that are on the backwards compatibility list I will tried all the troubleshooting tips on YouTube and Google and followed the tips from Microsoft agents and it’s still not reading the games and they are in perfect condition. What do I do now???

    That does not help. I've even done a complete factory reset. It will read Xbox one games, but will NOT READ Xbox backwards compatible games THAT ARE listed as official Microsoft backwards compatible games. The games work fine on 360, all 25 of them but NONE work on the Xbox one x console, just the Xbox one games only.
