Xbox One not loading previously played games and will not load new ones.

I know this has probably been previously posted but I think my problem is a little different from the others. Im not expecting miracles but I will never know if I dont post. So, any help is greatly appreciated.

When I first got the One in december everything worked fine. I was able to play all my games.

But, now within the last month or so I am continually getting kicked to the dashboard with the games that I beat and was able to play earlier, Ryse (digital), DR3 (disc) and most recently the Titanfall Beta. Which makes me think that if I do get a new game
that it will also boot to the dashboard so at the moment I can not buy any new games. These games will not even load. Soon as I hit the A button to start the game I get the splash screen then I find myself at the dashboard. Every single time.

The weird thing is that it plays my other three games just fine. NBA 2k14 (disc), COD ghosts (disc), and ACIV (digital). Although at times 2k14 takes a while to load.

Ive hunted forums and I have tried, holding the power button for 5 seconds so it reboots, no luck. i have tried unplugging the plug from the wall, no luck. Is there any other suggestions? Something else that I can try?

Xbox New dashboard Hopes

Realy? I never had a problem with the guide loading or the Previously played players list.They load up pretty fast on my 360.

Hold down the power button for about 10 seconds until the Xbox powers off fully. Then turn it back on. This should resolve the issue. It worked for me when I ran into the same problem. It has something to do with clearing the cache or something like that.

 

Ive tried that and it does not work for me.

 

Sorry, apparently I didn't read your whole post or I would've noticed that you already tried this. Have you tried calling customer service? You could also try searching for an answer elsewhere perhaps in Google or something along those lines. Sorry to hear
that you are experiencing this issue. I hope you can get it resolved soon.

yes i contact microsoft a lot of time about this issue.

FIrst Fix: put your console in english with USA as location

Second fix: press the start button at the same time of the power button keep it for 10-15 second.

xbox will restart or close then restart and it should work.

Alright thanks...When I have the time I will attempt these and let you know. Worst case scenario I call support and have it replaced.

 

Yea none of those worked....so I think Im just going to try and do a system restore...if that doesn't work time for a replacement. Thanks for all the suggestions!

 

I had a problem similar with C.O.D Ghosts and contacted activations support they told me the only way to sort the problem would be to uninstall the game (you can leave the saved games data etc) and then reinstall but allow it to install fully . This seemed
to help but then with the new map pack etc its started to happen again
