    Xbox One Not Loading Games And Shutting Down


    My XBox One will not load any games and then beeps and shuts down. If i load an app like Youtube, Netflix etc, they load fine with no issues, if I try to load a game, any game, it starts to load, beeps and then shuts off. I have tried hard and soft reboots,
    I have restored factory settings, i have switched controllers and power cords, i have dusted off the console, i have deleted my profile and nothing works. Please help. Thanks

    Is this happening with only your games or other apps too?

    If this is happening "only" with your games (any game) then this is your OS what's causing this issue. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do at this point. You are just going to have to wait for the next system update and hopefully this issue should
    fix. If you are having this problem then you are not alone, I have this issue and other people as well.

    If your console is shutting down on apps too then there is something wrong with your console or power supply.

    I had this issue with the game loading. In order to get it to load again I would shut down my xbox(hold my finger on the power button on the console until it shut down completely, not just going to sleep) and then turn it back on...my game would always launch
    after a reboot like that.

    If this is on the Xbox One console then please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps. If you are on PC then try restarting the PC or loading the game on an Xbox One to get the cars.

    Try rebooting your Xbox. Shut it down, unplug it, plug it back in, start up, load game, and see if that fixes it.
