Xbox One not loading games and not connecting to Internet, blu ray player also broken!!!

An issue has occurred with my xbox one console that I cannot seem to fix, it started on Destiny with the 'canary' error. Apparently I'm not to connected to the Internet, however when I test my connection from the settings menu it says you are connected
and everything is good to go, I tried other games such as dead rising which don't require online connection and it wouldn't load up, the same for any blu ray that I place in disk drive!!! my gamerpic doesn't appear either on startup (only gamer tag shows
up)

I do not recall an extended outage of that magnitude for all of
Live.

Anyone have information if the Blu-ray player works without ANY internet?

If you mean can an Xbox One out of the box work as a Blu-ray player without ever connecting to The Internet, they haven't said. The Blu-ray player does work after
the 24hr timeout period based on the information posted today.

I have tried a Hard and Cold rest of my system, when I test network connection It says I'm connected to the Internet, however when I test Multiplayer connection it states 'cannot find teredo IP address??

try a hard reset of your router/modem

Log in to your account online (pc), in the green bar above click on "support", scroll down to "contact us" click on that and it will lead you through a few steps..Step 1: What type of issue are you having? Step 2: Have you tried this? If you have tried
everything with step 2 and nothing is working then goto Step 3: Choose a contact method and choose CHAT WITH MICROSOFT SUPPORT, waiting time isn't long about 5 minutes max you should be able to chat with someone in the chat bar that usually appears on your
right side.... anytime i've had issues they have helped... I hope this works for you good luck... KEMET

I have an issue where no games will load up and the blu ray player will play a blu ray but it just gets stuck on the loading screen, Destiny keeps on saying you have no Internet connection, however when I go to settings and test my connection it comes up
with the message 'everything is good your console is connected to the Internet' the only issue I can spot is with my multiplayer connection which states cannot find Teredo IP address??

I love everything about the Xbox S except for the 4k blue ray player. I bought 2 4k UHD disks, The Revenant and Star Trek Into Darkness. The Revenant had major audio sync problems which just come and go. Star Trek Into Darkness would not even load. Returned

Hopefully Microsoft will be able to fix this quickly.
