XBOX ONE not loading game without hard reset, party chat problems + more

Issues:

Party chat forces voice through speakers as if no headset plugged in. Must turn off XBOX to fix. Happens frequently.

Titanfall, when initiated, pulls up static Titanfall screen then jumps back to home screen without launching game. Turning off XBOX does not fix, must hard reset.

Lego Marvel looses save data. Seems to happen if I have gone to home screen at all during game play. This is extra ANNOYING, I have lost hours multiple times because of this. As of today game has starting quitting itself mid gameplay and forcing back
to home screen. Auto saves seem to be working in this instance.

I'm getting this exact issue. Why does the XBOX One Party chat suffer so many issues? It's amazing how on the XBOX 360 there wasn't this many problems with the party chat. Now with the XBOX One it's been nothing but issues with the Party chat since the
system was released.

I'm also tired of Microsoft constantly suggesting to do a hard reset on the system. It seems to be their answer to everything. Have a problem? Hard reset your system.

Xbox Live down?

My Xbox Live on my One and my 360 are both down. I can play, but no chat, friends lists or parties. Cant really play MP at all. Anyone else having this problem? Ive got 4 or 5 friends having the same trouble so it not me, and please don't say hard reset.

I am having same issue. Doesn't happen all the time. I do hard reset because game doesn't load. I then have to hard reset because mic on headset doesn't work. It's getting frustrating and beyond ridiculous that I have to keep doing this!

 

I have an idea on what might be the issue but I haven't had a chance to test it yet. I'll post again after I do. Sorry to hear you have the same issues but glad to hear I'm not the only one.

Have you checked to see if your Kinect recognizes you? I've had issues after doing things such as shaving, and luckily, the soultion is simple if this is the issue.

Simply go to Home> Push Up Twice> Go Right To Sign In> Click On "I Wasn't Recognized"> Select Your Account> Follow On Screen Directions.

It signs me in all the time so that's not the issue. I think it has to do with another game running in the background but I haven't tested this yet. I have been playing Lego marvel (which also has multiple issues) so when titanfall doesn't load again
tonight ill force quit Lego and see if titanfall loads then.

Lego, after save and quit, continues to run but after a night of sitting and attempting to play it asks who I am, (even though I'm already signed in) when I input and try to start it asks again and again and again. I don't have to hard reset the box for
this, it's just a force quit and then it's fine.

Not that fine is fine but it works. It shouldn't have these silly issues. If this is a multitasking problem hopefully they can fix it in the next update.

 

For some reason when Kinect recognizes you it doesn't always verify which controller you're holding in your hand. Next time it's doing this go to the upper left hand corner and click sign in and select your account. It will start going through the headset.

It's just another stupid design flaw by Microsoft.

 

Hate to say it, but this might be an issue that is beyond our control. I've noticed many complaints on the forums here and elsewhere concerning mic isses that haven't been solved by the methods that Microsoft has given us so far.

Admittedly, I still have issues on occasion. Normally, performing a hard reset by pressing the glowing Xbox button on your console provides a temporary fix, but as far as I can tell, there is no permanant solution at this time.

Hopefully the next console update will fix this issue.

Well, just tried my "theory" and no dice. Lego does not keep active when the disc is removed so no way to force quit it and re-recognizing me did nothing as well. Want to play Titanfall, hard reset required. Do I need to swap out my xbox or is this going
to be fixed I wonder???

@TTS F1NAL 5407 - I've already tried that, still have the occasional issue. Oddly enough, I haven't had an issues in almost a week, it just seems to come and go.

 

I'm having the same issue with regards to games not loading and hard reset being the only thing that fixes it. It seems to be an issue that popped up in the last few weeks, so I have to assume it's a bug in the new firmware. I've had the Xbox One since launch
and only recently started having this problem.

 

See, I've had no loading issues, just mic issues.
