    I figured out how to sign in an go on live all u have to fo is hold the Xbox power button till it turns off then unplug the Xbox for 13 seconds the plug it back in manually restart it and then your signed back in

    Hi there, i have this problem, i have full connection, i tested it about four times, then i sign in and it says connection to xbox live has been lost. someone help?

    New accounts are better off being created via the desktop site so you can confirm and verify all the new info. Keep in mind that if you have a ban on one account, All accounts can be affected by it, Not saying that's the case here, It's just something
    worth mentioning.

    Hi sorry you are having issues. Can I ask why you are attempting to create a new account and not readd your existing one? It really is important that we have more information/error codes to be able to assist further.
