Xbox One Not Letting me add new account because of guest key

I have recently tried adding a new account to my Xbox (which keep in mind my parents put restrictions on) but cannot because a screen saying “enter the guest key” shows up. My parents never added or created a guest key or guest account when seeting up limits
on my Xbox. I have gone through all the settings with my parents and have not found anything that removes this or allows me to add accounts. Whenever I try to remove any accounts on my Xbox, it only shows up with removing my singular account, not the guest
or any other accounts (which I only have my account on there anyway). Anyone else had the same problem or know how to fix it? As well I cannot fix the problem with adding parent accounts onto the Xbox, but they can control it remotely.

Have you tried to create a
Guest Key so that a guest account can't be created?

On your Xbox, press the Xbox button, then select Settings
> All settings > System > Signed-out content restrictions. Then create a guest key and turn off
Let people download & make new accounts. From then on, you'll need a guest key to add new accounts.

settings --> system --> signed-out content restrictions --> create a guest key --> Uncheck the box, let people download/make accounts

Remember your guest key, you will need it if you ever want to add a new account
