Xbox One not launching games

My Xbox One is not launching games. It will go to the splash screen, but after sitting there a bit, I'm taken back to the dashboard and given the error code 0x8027025a with the message "For some reason (whatever game I'm trying to launch) took too long to
start." I first had this issue a few days ago with Halo 5, I ran through all the troubleshooting steps with no luck, so decided to uninstall and reinstall the game. My internet has been awful for the last week or so, so it hasn't finished installing yet, but
this morning our internet was good enough to actually let me play online. I was able to play Halo: The master chief Collection for an hour and a half or so without any issues. I quit out of the game to see if it'd help me find games faster, but when I tried
to launch the game again again, I as given the same error I mentioned by earlier. I've a since tried multiple games, (both dgital and those with a physical game disc, and backwarlds compatibal 360 games) all with the same result. Here's what I've tried so
far::

Removed and reinserted game disc.

Tried multiple games.

Tried games with a physical game disc, digital downloads, backwards compatible 360 games, games saved onto my console hard drive, and games saved to my external hard drive).

Unplugged console. for 30 seconds and restarted.

Changed start up settings from instant-on to energy saver and did another hard reset.

I've looked up this error code and performed all the steps listed on the Xbox support page, as well as suggestions of other users who've had similar problems on other forums. None of this has worked. If anyone has any other suggestions I could try, it'd
be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

you seem to have the DRAM problem or language issue with the game.

First of all i suggest to put your console in english location USA.

if this not resolve your issue try to clear the DRAM cache.

here the steps:

1- Go to dashboard mainmenu

2- Press start from your controller at the same time press the power button

3- Hold it for 10-15 seconds until your xbox reboot or shutdown

4- Once its done retry your game.

If this is not fixing your issue i suggest to uninstaill/install but usually reinstallation don't resolve that issue.

Not sure if this would work for you too, but after bringing this up on Twitter someone asked if I had any games installing or updating. I just bought a new Xbox One S last week, since my internet is pretty slow, it was still installing a couple games. They
suggested pausing the download and trying to launch the game again and that worked for me. I tried all the tips in every article I could find, even doing an OS reset, none of which worked unril this ome. Of course that'll only work if you're installing or
updating any games or apps.
