xbox one not installing anything

xbox one is not installing anything, games or updates. I have reset to factory condition and it still will not install. It will begin downloading and about 3 or 4 percent it just stops. I am hard wired into gig internet access and have even reset my
router. It was playing fine. Then the next day it stopped working when MSStore and Breakpoint needed an update. I have read the forums and have tried every suggestion. Nothing downloads and installs.

I'm also having this issue I cant download anything and have deleted everything and done a hard reset still no joy

The disk is only used for authentication and installation, it is not used during gameplay on anything Xbox one and above

Games crash, it happens

Maybe you need to try and reconnect your internet. Or you could try using an Ethernet cable on your Xbox.
