    Xbox One Not Getting Preview Invite


    I was invited to the Xbox One Preview program. As a waited and waited around a week and a half for an invite, I have yet to receive a message on my Xbox One. I contacted the Microsoft Xbox Suppot and they have said I am a member of the Preview Program, but
    my Xbox One is not enrolled? I haven't gotten a messge on my Xbox to download the app, and I haven't gotten an Email from Microsoft if you do. If angone can help me that would be greatly appreciate! Thank you!

    Not getting Preview invites

    I have been invited a dozen times over the past few months but I never get my invite. Xbox support says I should get a pop up as they have released it on their side. What is going on?

    Xbox One Not Getting Preview Invite

    Hi there!

    The reason you're probably not getting a message is because of a possible backlog with invites, as thousands of people are trying to join at the same time. Your message could be being processed, but there's no guarantee you've been accepted.

    However, a support staff member might give you access to the preview program support forums, so that you can ask there.

    When I contacted the regular Microsoft support they said my account was a Preview member, but my console was not enrolled. The agent I spoke with said they do every invite manually so it's been taking a lot longer than usual. Is there a turnaround time between
    my acount and my console being registered into the Preview Program?

    Hi,

    this sounds like something the preview team will need to sort out for you.

    To start with though the main support team - who are monitoring the forums - will need to verify you are in the preview program and then grant you access to the preview areas of the forums.

    You will then be able to post here with your issue and the preview team should be able to get you sorted.

    Please bear in mind that after checking your post they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot of preview forum requests at the mo - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

    Ok, so the Xbox One preview. I know that the participants can send a invite to any of there friends. When a friend invites you, you can register for the preview after a certain verification then you can be invited ( so it is not a guarantee you will get
    invited) the Xbox One preview.

    So if you have any friends that are participating in the preview you can ask them if they want to invite you.

    The Xbox360 and Xbox One preview program are 2 seperate things. The Xbox360 one was invite by staff only, meaning you could only get in by being selected by the Xbox Staff.

    The Xbox One preview is different, friends who are in the program can invite you to it. An invite however does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

    These forums are dedicated to support issues and really aren't the best place for requesting Preview Program invites. The only way to get invited to the Preview Program is to have a friend invite you. See
