    Hi,

    Im registered with the beta preview updates but my console hasnt downloaded the latest one and now i cant chat to my friends who have all got the latest OS version. My OS version is 6.2.10803.0 and my friends have all got 6.2.10808.0

    I can chat with people who havent got the beta updates but my friends who have i cant chat them. Normally my console downloads these preview updates but this time it hasnt. Ive spoken with MS support and they have got full details and they gave me this
    reference number to post for my case details
