Xbox One not displaying on a specific tv

I normally don't post on forums but it seems I've been stumped and cant quite figure this one out. I have 2 tvs, an Xbox one and an Xbox 360. My Xbox One will display a picture on my Insignia 32 inch (Model: E32RAZNKW3BYNN) but not on my 46 inch Toshiba
(model: 46G300U3). I have an Xbox 360 that I used the same hdmi cable (the one that came with my xbox one) on the same hdmi port and the Xbox one wont give out any display while the 360 does. Both of the tvs are 1080p so I dont think the problem is resolution
related. I have tried changing hdmi cables, doing a cold boot on the Xbox one, changing between all 4 hdmi ports, checking the channel, and running in low res mode by holding the disc tray button while the disc tray was empty. Thanks in advance to anyone with
    any suggestions

I have referred to both Troubleshooting a Blank Screen TV or Monitor While Your Xbox One is on and http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/system/display-troubleshooter And
have had no luck with either post after following all of the steps

    :)

Hi, There are a few things that I can think of that might be the problem. Have you tried it in different outlets in your home?

Xbox one not displaying on tv

Hi I'm having trouble with my xbox one. The other day a random lighting strike hit really close to my house maybe even hitting my house and there was a power surge my xbox was on at the time, then it wouldn't turn on at all till the next day but even though
it turned on there is no picture at all or sound. I have tried it on different tvs and with different hdmi cables and nothing i was wondering if there is something i could do or try before i send it in to microsoft. Thank you

  6. ABC1029,

Additionally you can remove any disc from the console, then while it is powered off hold the Eject and Power button together for 5 seconds until the Xbox chimes and turns on. This will boot it up in the lowest resolution possible. Once it boots up, then
just go to Settings, Display & Sound, and change it to fit your current TV. This is the way to do this without needing a second TV.

Cannot get full screen on my xbox one

Have you tried diving into the Xbox One display settings to make sure the appropriate resolution is set? Use our

    Change TV Display Resolution page
for steps to change the Xbox One's TV resolution. If the issue persists, that may indicate your TV has specific over scanning features you will need to adjust to get the image to fit. To do that, we recommend consulting
    your TV's owners manual.

Keep us posted on how it goes!
