Xbox one not deleting games

Discus and support Xbox one not deleting games in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Can anyone explain to me why if i uninstall a game that i never played, it doesnt show any change in my storage and i am still able to open the game?...     Can anyone explain to me why if i uninstall a game that i never played, it doesnt show any change in my storage and i am still able to open the game? Today i downloaded a game, deleted it bc it wouldnt open, it didnt free up any space and when i go to
    "apps ready to install" to click on it the game loads. How can i delete it if my Xbox one is showing that its not installed?

    Yes, sorry I should have specified that. Seems like a bit of an oversight to be honest not to be able to do that.

    Highlight the game in your games and apps, press the menu button on your controller and choose "Manage Game". You can uninstall it from there.

    Hi Radandthrax,

    Sorry you're having issues with your games. If the games appear to be deleted, or it's taking hours to finish, it's usually caused by your network connection. Either the internet connection to your home, or if you're using wireless, the connection to your
    Xbox. If you're using wireless, I would first try to plug in a cable if at all possible. That would immediately tell you if you need to troubleshoot wireless, or your internet connection from your ISP. Also I would suggest running Detailed Network Statistics.
    Follow the steps below to do that.

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Network.
    5. Select Network settings..
    6. Select Detailed network statistics on the right.
    You may see something that instantly stands out like up / download speed. If you don't see anything that stands out post the info back here.
