XBOX ONE not connecting

    XBOX ONE not connecting


    My XBOX ONE says that I am connected to XBOX LIVE and i can test the connection and it will say successful, but I cannot connect to parties or games and the adds and store won't pop up. Also where i would usually see 1-4 bars in the network settings I see
    an empty unlit bars instead. Does any one out there have any solutions for this?

    I run off of a Verizon MiFi device. I know it is not great, no other internet can be at my house, but it has worked fine for my XBOX up until know.

    Things i have already attempted:

    • Hard resetting/Power cycling my XBOX and router
    • Deleting and reinstalling my account
    • Clearing my Alternate MAC Address, Blu-Ray cache, and other caches

    Sorted it. If anyone has this problem in future try signing out of your account and then back in again, sounds stupid but it worked for me!

    Is anyone able to help me? My Xbox One wont connect to the store, i am also unable to watch Netflix or Amazon Video, it just says that there's an Error and to try back later. I also have to play my games 'Offline'. I have checked the internet connection
    and that's fine!

    I have already tried unplugging it and leaving it for 10 minuted but the problem persists!

    Anyone also had this problem?

    Hello! Are you wired or wireless? Both make a difference in the service you will get from your provider. Also make sure to call your internet provider to port forward your Xbox so that you can get full internet access. This may be the issue. If not run a
    detailed network statistic and call Xbox or go to this support forum for more services on your issue.

    There is no Bluetooth radio component in the Xbox One S console itself.

    The controllers connect to the Xbox One S the same way the controllers connect to the original Xbox One: proprietary RF. You could technically connect an Xbox One S controller to an original Xbox One, and an original Xbox controller to the Xbox One S.

    The Bluetooth functionality in the new Xbox One S controller is specifically made for connecting the controller to a Windows 10 PC with the "Anniversary" update, which has the drivers needed for the controller when connected via Bluetooth.

    @EvoFool, can you double check that you have installed and are running the Xbox One SmartGlass app? This is a new application specifically for connecting to the Xbox One as distinct from the previous Xbox SmartGlass application which is used to connect
