    Xbox one not connecting to win 10 pc


    I used to stream my Xbox to my pc every day. now I can't stream at all on this account. it says that it is unable to connect and needs to be on the same network even though it is. I know it is because if I use my alt account it works just fine I can stream
    and everything but on my main account it fails to work. dose it have to do with my accounts age or something because I know you can't stream to phones if you are under 18.

    You have to have the Xbox One version to play on Xbox and the Win 10 version to play on Win 10. You can play across the platforms with PC and Xbox One users. If you have both versions of the game you can play it on both platforms.

    Thank you for responding. We understand you have been having some trouble hooking up your Xbox to your PC via your 5Ghz channel. If you have been able to connect them before, this could be related to a recent firmware update on your console which can be
    remedied by performing a simple
    Factory Reset     on your console. Just be sure to select the option allowing you to keep your games and apps (this will save you the hassle of redownloading your big games). In addition to this, try using your 2.4Ghz connection if you get a chance. It might
    give us an indication where the problem lies. Let us know how it goes! :D
