    xbox one not connecting to wifi,
    xbox not connecting to wifi, shows the name of the wifi on the xbox screen, so it seems like it is connect but says service info unavailable, all other devices connect to wifi just fine, what is blocking this connection?
    the name of the wifi shows up on the xbox one screen, just says NAT unavailable, service info available, please help

    we have comcast cable , but use EERO router mesh system. Has been working fine for at least a year.

    I suggest that you connect directly to the xbox then wifi, sometimes wifi connection can be unstable then a connected one and then go to test network setting and check if is connected to the internet.

    Well, the xbox one uses WiFi direct to connect while the Xbox 360 uses other technology.

    In short, the design of the Xbox One and the WiFi hardware card on the console has been problematic for many as far as controller connection. My response is, do what works best and maybe consider re-arranging the room and rooms adjacent so that any WiFi
    interference is eliminated entirely. Also consider plugging in the xbox one vs. using a WiFi internet connection.

    How exactly are you unable to connect to your WiFi?

    Do you get a specific error message? Does your WiFi SSID (network name) not show up?

    Is the Xbox One connected to the WiFi but does not connect to the Internet?

    What network hardware are you using?
