Showing friends on home when they're not and actually are in games or apps, on friends list

Same issue. Started recently. I've tried hard reset of Xbox One on several occasions as well as router and modem. Not my internet.

I'm a member of the Preview Program. A friend, who's also in the Preview Program, is experiencing the same issue.

 

I'm getting this too, I'm hoping it's just something to do with the preview program. It happened for the first time yesterday. 2/11.14. I was playing destiny and I was kicked. I couldn't reconnect to my router, so I used an Ethernet cable to connect my console
to xbox live and it worked.

If I'm honest something in the latest update has caused my console, and Vittovos console to not connect to our routers. Every other device works fine, so does my 360. If anyone can pass this information to the guys pushing out the preview updates. They need
to look I to what was updated yesterday, I'm sure I had an update earlier on in the day.

If you're using the Kinect with your Xbox One, Please go ahead and unplug the Kinect (with your console turned off), and try once again to connect your console wireless to the BT Home hub 5.

Sorry I should of mentioned I have already tried disconnecting the kinetic and it still wont connect.
