    Xbox One not Connecting to Multiplayer


    A few weeks ago I received a temporary ban on my account and the ban has since passed, but i am not able to connect to multiplayer games on xbox one. I am able to play inline on the 360 however i was banned on the 360 not the One, also any other account
    I try to play on can't play either; the error that usually shows up is this account does not have permission to play on xbox live.

    I suggest you go to Account Suspension And Console Bans, there is a section for both Xbox 360 and Xbox One in support.

    If you check it out don't post in a thread, you can enquire through enforcement about your account. You can also challenge decisions and see what has been reported in relation to your account.
