Xbox One not connecting to Live though all services are up

Good day

For the last two days or so I am unable to connect my Xbox One to Live, but my Xbox 360 connects fine. Both are connected via wireless, but I have tried a wired connection as well. When I do a network test I just get the error: "Your network
is good, but these are some Xbox service issues". I have checked the live status and everything is up. I have tried disabling and enabling UPNP and opening the ports on my router. I tried static IP's and different DNS settings. I tried hard resetting a
few times and normal restarting as well. I have got 0% packet loss and my download speed is about 3.8Mbps and my upload speed is 35Kbps. I have also tried restarting my router. I am officially out of ideas as I have read almost everything I could
fine on Google and the forums. See below for all my info:

xbox live not working....

So yeah, seems like xbox live aren't working at all. Xbox live service status says it's only a problem with "Buying downloadable items" , but for me it's the hole service...

It was all good up untill today, now it say - NAT tupe is strict... and cheaking the connecting just gives me "can't get an ip adress" message , though i can see in the settings that xbox did get the ip and all that..

am i the only one special?)

 

Question on an 8+ player lan party.

An LAN is a Local Area Network and is not connected to the Live service. Therefore, if you've hooked things up correctly no one should require a Gold membership to play.

However, if you are connecting and playing a game locally through the Live service then all person's participating should need a Gold membership.

sign out of your profile , then back in...if that dosent work , try this below.....

go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up , re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

 

Had the same issue it magically just fixed itself now in Alberta Canada.

 

Do not, I repeat do not delete your profile like a Xbox support guy told me to do if you get that message! I am having the same issue right now with exactly the same stats as you, and the the troubleshooting guides don't help and neither will Xbox I'm afraid,
you're just gonna have to wait it out, like the guy from canada said, it magically sorts itself out....eventually!

 

Yea, im on day 2 of it being connected wireless but i can't go online. At the home page it has the the connect to xbox live box on the right, but clicking it does nothing. And i am online. So i disconnected and connected my wireless network twice with no
effect. Yet my brother has same network and an xbox 1 as well, and he is able to connect and do whatever with no problem! I guess i wait??? Thankfully work all weekend so i don't need it as much, at the moment.

 

Ok, I just tested it after reading the replies and it has indeed magically fix itself. Thanks C7oc. I just hope this does not become a regular. I suspect it happens when the network is overloaded, but that is just a guess.

 

Sometimes this can be fixed by simply signing out on the xbox and signing back in. If that doesn't fix it, try removing your live account from the xbox and re-adding it, which can be done by following these steps: support.xbox.com/.../remove-profile-from-console

 

Signed in and out and it worked!!! I tried that when it first happened but nothing happened. Perfect, now i can waste my time again! True heroes lol

 

day 3 and still no connection, this seems to be a fault on xbox side...

 

Mr Zakerson have you tried logging out of your profile and logging back in? If that doesn't work and you have multiple profiles on your console then sign out of all profiles then Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console
for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational log back in to your profile and test. Let
