    I've had Xbox One since launch, when I first set it up it would switch channels by vocally stating the station, example xbox watch ESPN. I sent my Xbox One out for repair, got it back last week, and since hooking it back up, the voice commands aren't switching
    channels like before.

    A few stations work, I can say xbox watch CNN or ESPN and it seems to work, but not for others that I could switch to before using voice commnds, no such luck. I can no longer speak and switch to NESN (New England Sports Network), E channel, just to name
    a couple, many others though. I will speak the channel exactly as listed in One Guide, or try to state the full station name, which I used to do with the NESN channel when it actually worked. Not having any luck, tried rebooting the system and toggling different
    features on and off, nothing seems to make a difference.

    I also noticed for channels not switching by voice, the microphone icon pops up top right corner but stays white and doesn't bring up the channels that won't vocally swtich to. For the record I have Comcast for my cable provider. I just don't understand
    since getting my Xbox One back, it now won't let me vocally switch to channels I used to be able to previously.

    I am confused why am I having these issues and what exactly can I do?

    Shouldn't I be able to switch to any channel using voice command?

    One Guide Two Global Edmonton Listed in Local Broadcast

    Hi,

    One Guide in Edmonton Alberta (local broadcast) has two Global stations listed one on channel 10 the other on 13. The one on 10 is not correct and should be removed.

    CTS on channel 30 is also missing and OMNI on 56.

    Xbox One controlling over-the-air HDTV channels

    I use the Homeworx 150PVR to do exactly this. The xbox has the box listed and it works with one guide.

    Xboxone only kinda works with Timewarner Motorola box dcx3510-M

    Right.. all tested on slow ir .

    results are :

    c0877 - works . needs better speech recognition. works about 80% of time

    c0869 - not valid

    c2187 - does not change channel and displays a different channel then the one called for

    c1376 - Does not input right number, drops first number most of the time.

    c1877 - drops first number of channel when switching and switch's to random channels

    c3916 - c0476 - c1254 - displays channel names but doesn't switch

    c0810 - drops 2nd and some times 1st number in station number when called for and displays names wrong, displays names in white no change of station

    c0276 - drops 2nd and some times 1st number in station number when called for

    over all c0877 is best so far but far from perfect. Speech recognition needs cleaned up so it can understand more I think. Some stations like A&E and TLC it gets confused on. Also Seems after 10 or so (i didn't really count but i can if need be) times of
    changing a stations the dang thing stops listing and i have to totally exit out of tv app and then go back in.. Eg load something else. Will try c0877 on fast and recommended and update!

    I'm having the same issue, the Xbox One Guide lists the channels as 6.1 or 3.1 but only sends the 6 or 3 when attempting to change the channel. Is there any solution to this problem?
