Discus and support xbox one not boot day one edition only one year warranty ? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my xbox not boot anymore i contact india support and they tell me that i have to pay 135$ ... it is true that my day one edition pay near 700$ have...     im very disapointed....

    im with you from the last 10 year and pays near 5000 in game and accesoiries point , card , game ...

    Hi Sashamorning. The only difference between the day one addition and 'not so day one' addition is the packaging as you say and the controller. The console itself is identical to the widely available Xbox one in stores today xbox one not boot day one edition only one year warranty ? :)

    Just for your info matey. You have a one year manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase (not sure on American warranties if you are from the US) and as you couldn't have purchased the console before November 22nd your Xbox One is still under warranty
    until the 22nd of November this year.

    Hello, yes the Xbox one does carry a one year warranty.

    Is your Xbox not powering on at all or does it power up and after the Xbox logo screen you get nothing but a black screen or is it something else?

    The X1's standard warranty

    The warranty for the console is for one year and accessories is for 90 days. If you purchased the "complete for Xbox" within 45 days of buying your Xbox one the warranty is for 3 years.

    Sorry about that issue, only the Elite '1st" edition have 1 year warranty, the 2nd edition has only 90 days excepted if you purchase an warranty extension.
