Xbox One - not available support in Poland

I sent to repair the console
on December 4, was sent to the repairs
on 16 December but still malfunctions
(controllers lose the wireless connection
while playing). I can not
Create another repair order as the status
console "in delivery to the customer."
I managed to twice make a call on
Polish support but unfortunately they were not
able to resolve the issue.

I am writing here because they
have exhausted all other possibilities for support.

Bringing X1 to not supported country?

Can you confirm that I will be able to play online when I buy the Xbox One and I bring it from abroad to Poland (not yet supported country), and that I will not be banned?

What about Day One Patch - is it available from Poland?

 

Exclusive Promotion Xbox One Poland

Hello.

Xbox Poland gave us Exclusive Promotion to buy new Xbox One console with discount. There is only one condition - your account must be registered in Poland. When I first bought Xbox 360 10 years ago, I choose United Kingdom as my region, because that was
the only way to have Xbox Live (there was no official support for Poland). But after some time it changed. Poland got an official support and now we have Xbox Live. So I have changed my region to Poland. It was few years ago. And now I can not get my discount,
because the original registration was in UK. How to fix it?
