    Xbox one not automatically downloading redeemed code


    Hello,

    I redeemed a code and I think it went well. The problem is that the console is not downloading the game as expected.

    I tried again and now I got an error saying that the code is already redeemed.

    I can't find the game on my order history so it's like it's disappeared.

    I have enough space on the xbox.

    Any idea?

    I found the issue.

    I redeemed with a different account that the one on the xbox.

    Can I pass the game to the other account or share it? Or do I have to login on the xbox with the account having the game?

    If you got a code you would redeem the code for the app and it will automatically download.

    Sorry to hear that you're having issues downloading your copy of Limbo. If you open up the email on the Xbox One you should see an option that says Redeem Code. Click it and it will set up the download automatically for you.

    Once you've redeemed a code it will either download automatically (if set up) or it will wait for you to download from the "ready to download" section under games and apps on the account that you used to redeem the code.

    If it says it's for the One then it'll work on all versions of the One. So if you were given a code, you would redeem
    the code     and then it should automatically download onto your console or you can install it through your Games and Apps.
