    Xbox One not able to turn on


    Hey guys! I’ve had my Xbox one for quite a few years, and over the last few days I’ve had a huge issue with trying to turn on my console. Every time I turn it on, it will go to the green Xbox screen and sit for longer than 2 hours. If it ever does get
    to the dashboard, it doesn’t load anything and isn’t working. How can I fix this?

    Xbox One not able to turn on

    press and hold the power button and sync button until the beep, then you should get a recovery menu, you could reset the console and choose to keep games and apps, but you will need to sign back into the console if you go down this route.

    Can't sign in to Xbox 360

    I was finally able to sign in. I turned on recurring billing on a web browser and then turned it off again. Then I was able to sign in on the Xbox 360. Hope this helps everyone one else with this issue.

    Brand new Xbox One is very buggy and regularly freezing...

    I'm able to turn my XBox One one on with my controller but then the whole thing is unresponsive. All I am able to do is hit the home button and turn it back off. Very frustrating and disappointing as it is a gift for my son and he was able to use it once
    so far. Anyone working on this issue?

    Movies & TV app

    If you are using the Xbox One, you should be able to pause the movie, and in the menu, should be an option for narration. You should be able to turn it off.
