Xbox One Not Able to Connect/play 360 games + 100% Packet Loss

Hey,

So I've noticed that I'm not the only one who has one/more of these problems, but here's what's happened:

I've been playing several backwards compatible 360 and Original games on my Xbox One S with no problems for a long time, but I've recently been trying out the Mass Effect series. Now I have a friend who wanted to play Modern Warfare 3 with me, so when I
found out I still have the disc, I popped it in and downloaded the game. Everything was peachy.

Went to play multiplayer, I repeatedly get an error saying I have no internet connection. Try some other 360 games, none will let me sign into Live. Weirdly, no issues with Live in regular One games (played Apex Legends and World of Tanks with zero lag).

I do all the common fixes:

- Restarts/power cycles (Xbox, router, modem, everything).

- Made change to Avatar and synced.

- Try deleting/reloading profile on the 360 emulator.

- Tried uninstalling/reinstalling the 360 games I wanted to play.

- Tried uninstalling ALL of my 360 games.

- Cleared 360 save data.

- Tried resetting while keeping games and apps.

At this point, I had no indication that anything was wrong with my connection, but then noticed that while my up/down speeds were solid (74/15), my Xbox is reporting 100% packet loss. Again, I go to support.

- Tried both wired and wireless connections.

- Removed, switched, triple-checked all connection points and cords. There are no issues.

- Checked with ISP and also checked my router manager. Cannot find any blocks or other issues that could be limiting my connection.

Since nothing had worked, I hard reset the system.

So, now nothing is fixed, my profile is now completely deleted off of the 360 emulator, so I can't even go back in and play the games offline that I was before. When I load up a 360 game, it spins the wheel of death for 10 mins on the "Loading your Xbox
360 data" page, then gives up and loads the main game menu. I cannot access or download my Live profile. Because of this, I've lost access to all of my save data from Mass Effect as well.

Xbox One games seem completely unaffected/unphased. I can still play Apex without lag. And my console still tells me I still have 100% packet loss. ��‍♂️

Can I please get some help before I find a high building to throw my Xbox off of? ��
