Xbox one Not able to clear Mac Address!

I have an xbox one 1540. My system works wired but will NOT work wireless. I have been through all sorts of troubleshooting steps, even bought a new wireless blue tooth card. No luck.

Under wireless no SSID even comes up( all other device on home connecting ok even xbox one my brothers)

I can type in any name (even fake) and get the same error. Your security Protocol wont work.

Mine is WPA2 personal(I have gone in router setting and turned off security still no luck)

When I go into Mac alternative to clear and restart. I hit restart but nothing happens. Also in setting my port says 0.When I click on advanced to change that it says port 3074. I am not able to change that( no drop down list)

I have tried a soft rest - hard rest - Factory reset everything. Still a no go.
