Discus and support Xbox one not able to add an account - error 0x801901f4 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i tried signing into my brothers account as he just came back from uni and wanted to sign in.     Xbox one not able to add an account - error 0x801901f4


    i tried signing into my brothers account as he just came back from uni and wanted to sign in. It said

    error 0x801901f4    .
    So then i removed the account and when i tried to add it again it just keeps on loading and does nothing. Please no one say to power cycle or soft reset as it does nothing.

    The xbox is not letting me sing in on any accounts and is giving me error 0x801901f4 it's been 3 days now and I'm still not able to sing in I've also tried to remove and add one of the accounts but when i try to add it back it shows me a loading
