Xbox One Noise

Recently I've noticed my Xbox One's been making more and more noise. Most of the time it's as quiet as it was when I first bought it in late 2015/early 2016 but now, more and more frequently, it's having moments where the machine will just go mental and
start roaring away like a jet engine. Most of the time these moments are when I'm putting a new disc in (so I'm guessing thats the disc spinning) but occasionally it's randomly whilst I'm playing too (which could be either disc or fan). I was just windering
if there are any settings I can change or alter that will make these moments either quieter or less frequent because when the box gets roaring, it REALLY gets roaring

Ok well now it makes noise and you can hear it but its very minimal. Do other people's xbox one make noise? Please reply
