xbox one noise ? normal or not ?

Xbox One noise issue

My xbox one has only one week and I could check a noise louder than normal when the console is on.

It is not a huge noise but asking with other owners they told me that their consoles doesn't make any kind of strange noise, including that the power supply makes more noise then the console.

How can I check if the noise is normal or not?

Anyone with the same problem?

 

Xbox ONE - Loud fan?

It is a bit hard to tell from the video if your Xbox One is indeed disfunctional or not. Is the noise noticeable from a distance, or while playing games? A small amount of noise is normal for the Xbox One.

 

Sadly from the video provided it sounds like something is loose or not properly tighten it would require repairs if you want it fixed.

The noise isn't normal and whatever is loose can cause damage i want to inform you if you had taken it apart and loosened something or even added unassigned software / code then it can void warranty and stop you from getting the assistance you need so can
you clear it up and let me know if you had done this if not I'll direct you to the device management and see what you can do about sending it in and getting it fixed.

Please take into consideration that i am not blaming / saying you did take it apart i'm just trying to get an answer that's all.
