    Yep in the wall and bought 5 new consoles so far tried to claim on the warranty rather than just getting a new one but can't due to getting an in store exchange, this is a ongoing issue that MS doesn't seem to address.

    If it is a real concern and since it is a new console have you considered returning it for exchange?

    Sorry to hear about the noise issues. Are plugged into a surge protector? If so, I would plug directly into the wall for power. If the issue persists, I recommend getting your console repaired. You can do so by contacting our chat or phone support agents
