    Hello,

    I don't know if this has been written before but I just recently purchased a Xbox one without the kinect. When I first started up the system it sounded perfectly like what you would expect a new system coming out of the box would be like.. Especially with
    the claims xbox one made about being the quietest.. anyways it made me go through an 3 upgrades then during the upgrading phase it started this buzzing noise coming from the top vented look on the system. The sound was most comparable to a 90s desktop computer
    loading when you were downloading a program on it. But this noise never stopped even after the upgrade. It doesn't even stop once I turn off the system. It only goes away once I unplug the system. So I wanted to find out of this is a fault system or if this
    is normal and can be fixed in a later upgrade.. Thank you in advance for the help hopefully I described the noise well.. PLEASE HELP

    Weird Noise

    Ok so my Xbox One is making a weird noise. When there is no disc in the drive the console is making a noise like the disk drive is trying to read a disk. The noise slightly goes away when switching to different apps or settings. The noise completely
    goes away when I put a game disk in the drive and play. Noise comes back after I take the disk out of the drive.

    Has anyone else heard this noise at all? It did not make this noise when I setup my Xbox One for the first time.

    What is Microsoft going to do about it? They just let these problems happen and don't fix it. If they have a bad batch of systems why not just come out and do a recall. Spend so much money to have this problem isn't good at all

    What is Microsoft going to do about it? They just let these problems happen and don't fix it. If they have a bad batch of systems why not just come out and do a recall. Spend so much money to have this problem isn't good at all
