XBOX ONE no video

Sorry for my bad English. Just unboxed xbox one. When it turns on first time i saw green screen with xbox logo. I tried to reset it by removing supply cord. But next time loading till now i see only blank black screen with no video. What is the problem and
how can i repair it? And can i return it to MS corp and get working one?

then the only step left is to request a repair via the steps mentioned on that same link.

I was installing a game when it seemed like it froze up so i tried to restart the console and while it powers on there is no video. I tried other tvs,power cycling tried to go into low res mode but nothing works, any help?
