    Xbox One No Sound


    Xbox one no sound issue. No changes in settings, just woke up and no sound today. Xbox update on 1/8/2022. No sound on menu, during game play or with DVD. Sound works fine on TV. HDMI port and cable tested with alternate device.

    It also helps in multiplayer when there is no uav up and you can hear the footsteps of the enemy.

    Hi,

    There really isn't enough information or any sort of way we would be able to tell you what you'd do in this case. I'm assuming that you'd need to take advantage of the Optical Port that's on the back of the Xbox One for some sort of sound, but I honestly wouldn't
    be able to tell you without getting more information about the console.

    I'm also not sure if you'll be able to use your own optical devices (headsets, etc) as they did announce that it's not going to be compatible with any sort of Xbox 360 accessories.
