Xbox One No Signal> Green Xbox One screen > Black Screen Please help

I have had my xbox one since a a week after release. Now my xbox takes ages to startup I get a no signal screen for 10 minutes then It goes to a green xbox one screen then after 5 minutes it goes to a black screen for another 10 minutes. I tried doing the
offline factory reset with a usb but I don't hear the two power up tones. I formated the usb NTFS or whatever. I've been trying to fix this for 2 days already. XBOX support keeps telling me the same thing still no luck all they do is copy and paste from the
    support thread

    :)

    Xbox One boot up question

I've noticed that my console does not boot up the same as it used to. Normally when I turned it on the console starts on the Green Screen, then goes briefly to a black screen with the white xbox logo right in the center, and then finally to the dashboard.

Before: Green Screen > Black Screen (w/ xbox logo) > dashboard

Now: Green Screen > Black Screen (NO xbox logo) > dashboard

This sequence is mostly unchanged except that white xbox logo on a black screen is gone. Screen still goes briefly black before the dashboard, but no logo.

I've checked with a friend and he still gets that logo. We're both on OS Version 6.2.13332.0, and power-saver mode.

Is this something I should be concerned about? The console is otherwise functional, but my console got the green screen of death a few months ago, and the same thing more recently. I fixed it both times with the offline factory reset tool but then I noticed
that white logo no longer showed up during the booting sequence.

    Any help appreciated.

    black screen flash

I has no optical so direct Xbox -> TV using the HDMI high speed with Ethernet cable and setting stereo audio. I has noticed an improve. A black screen flash I think is signal of sync, if we have various or delayed it can be because sync problems.

    The results, when connecting to:

    - Xbox ->(stock cable) ->A/V receiver -> (HDMI high speed) -> TV: 1 black screen flash within 10 seconds of power on.

    - Xbox -> (HDMI high speed cable) -> TV: 1 black screen flash within 1 minute.

    - Xbox -> (stock cable) -> TV: multiple black screen flashes within 10 minutes.

The results are good at least for my TV (Philips), because within 1 minute I am loading the game/App yet, or maybe on dashboard.

Instead of trying the factory reset, have you tried the OSUDT2 file and tried reinstalling the updates? Have you also made sure the system is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a power strip or surge protector? I know these are little things,
but I'm just jumping in here. Xbox One No Signal> Green Xbox One screen > Black Screen Please help :)

Did you make sure that your USB was formatted to NTFS? That makes a major difference

The OSUDT2 update tool is for anyone that has actually been able to play on their system before. OSUDT2 is only for people that have never even made it to their home screens before.

It sounds to me like you're doing it correctly, but then if that were the case it should be working. Only things I would make sure you're doing that may make a difference would be:

    1) Make sure you're plugging the USB into the port on the left side of the Xbox, not one of the ones in the back.

    2) Make sure you're unplugging the power for at least 30 seconds and then plug it back in and plug the USB stick in as well and try again.

It can take 10-15 seconds to heat the second chime, so don't fret if they don't come consecutively.
