Xbox One No Screenshot Option

Hello, i have tried for hours on a multitude of games and still no luck. whenever i double tap home button i can not take a screenshot which was recently released in march update. i have checked and i am up to date on everything. please help as this is frustrating.
i didnt even know that this feature was available until a friend told me about it. thanks for your time

I figured it out with some help from another forum. The problem was with my security settings. I had social networking blocked. It works now.

Go to your setting, system and click update. If not, click "format". Unfortunately, if you do not have a choice, you should put your console in factory condition.

Check that 'Allow game broadcasts & game captures' is ticked in settings/ preferences Milkdud. )

Yeah still nothing. did system restore and still no luck. using OSUDT2 files tomorrow

On Xbox One the screenshot option appears when you double-tap the glowing white Xbox button. You'll see "Press X to record that" and "Press Y to take a screenshot".

If you have Kinect, you can just say "Xbox take a screenshot".

Hello there Voosoo C9, sorry to hear about your issue with Minecraft. Can I ask if you are playing on an HD TV or not? Also, have you already linked your facebook to your console? If you haven't, I might suggest doing that outside the game and then try starting
it up again. Other suggestions would be to clear your system cache, re-download the game, set your in game settings back to default and see if it fixes the situation, or re-downloading your gamertag. Keep us updated.
