Xbox One no longer tracking offline achievements.

Yes, I've done that a few times. Nothing's been fixed or changed.

Nightstepshadow, I already did everything, including a full system wipe. Nothing changed.

Mister Maka, yes, it happens with all games. Such as- Kingdom: New Lands. I survived until day 15 while online, then went offline while at work and made it to day 42. When I got online, nothing unlocked. Hours went by as I played other games, even when
I booted Kingdom: New Lands, nothing unlocked. It wasn't until I surived 1 more day that I got the Survive day 20, 25,30,35, & 40 achievements. HOWEVER... they unlocked out of order.

They unlocked in the order of "Survive day 35" then "40", then 20, 25, and lastely 30.

When I play games like Fallout 4 or Wolfenstein, it seems once I pass a certain point of the game while offline, I can not get that achievement unless I start a new game while online and complete the mission while online. Because of this, most of my achievements
are unlocking out of order, or not at all ever since the Early August update.

I can unlock achievements online, but as I said it doesn't track them offline.

When I got home after beating RE5, I had to go back and go through the levels online in order to get the achievements, which caused a few of them to be out of order. Such as- "Complete the game on Casual, Normal, Veteran, right after getting the first levels
achievement of "Complete Chapter 1-1."

well this sucks.. been playing wolfenstein: The New Order, offline because of no net and gotten none of my achievements on it after coming online

If you filled that out, the right team will be made aware of your trouble, although we can't speculate as to when your achievements will unlock. Definitely keep an eye out and let us know if you notice anything different!

I think I might have figured it out, but can someone confirm or deny if this is meant to happen?

Before I had this issue, when I was offline, the Xbox would act like it was offline (Like it should). Messages/friends/party tabs were not able to be accessed (greyed out), and only the Notifications, and Settings tabs could be opened.

NOW... even if I'm offline, away from any wifi, my system will keep all those tabs available, showing me what it last saw before I went offline. Meaning, if I get offline after playing Titanfall 2 with my friends- For the next however many days of being
offline, the friends Tab will be shown with those friends STILL doing whatever they were doing when I got offline.

Going to the message tab also shows all my most recent messages, but attempting to open one up just causes a loading circle to appear indefinitely.

When I try to start a party, I get a message saying that the Party System is blocked and gives me a 0x80072EE7 error.

I would like to stress that before all this with my achievements started happening, I could NOT access these tabs while offline. SO... I'm thinking that SOMEHOW... my Xbox One thinks that it is still online at any given point, THEREFORE... will not track
offline achievements. BUT... since I AM offline, it cannot track achievements the way it does online, so it simply does NOT track any progress.

Does that make sense?

This feels like a software issue to me, so beyond the Full System Reset/Default/Whatever (Which I have done half a dozen times), is there ANYTHING I can do about this?

My games are now completely out of order. Like Titanfall 2, since I beat the game offline on Master, when I got online and loaded the first level, it gave me all the difficulty achievements, like beating the game on Master... BEFORE I even got the training
and various achievements that I had to go back and get while online.
