    Xbox one no longer syncs with any controller or reading disks


    We rarely use our xbox one. Just occasionally to watch a bluray or stream a movie on an app not available on our LG TV. About 6 months ago, out if no where the bluray player quit working. Now neither of our controllers will sync. Even when they are plugged directly into the xbox, they won’t controll anything. Tried syncing while plugged in, still nothing. I tried undating them via the computer app but both are working fine and are up to date. Is anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix this or is my xbox just garbage? Could be a coincidence but it is interesting that we didn’t have a single issue until around the time the new ones were released...

    Have you tried to sync the controller with you Xbox 360 as syncing it with another console will mean the controller will no longer be recognised by your console.

    Power on the console with the power button and let it finish booting. Then power-on the controller with the Guide button. When the controller's lights start spinning, hit the sync button on the console.

    have noticed that when the green lights spin on the console after pressing the sync button that only three are spinning controller or user two does not light up at all..
    It's possible your controller is damaged in some way and can no longer sync. Try
    to re-pair the controller using the steps provided above.
