    Xbox One no longer shows guide using Kinect command "Xbox Show Guide"


    Anyone else have a problem causing with the Xbox bringing up alternative apps when using Kinect?

    When I say, "Xbox show guide", it acts as if I double tapped the home button on the controller. Only way for me to pull up the channel guide is to manually access it with a remote or a controller.

    Yeah, they ruined the experience by changing the commands. You need to use "xbox oneguide" instead.

    Yeah, they ruined the experience by changing the commands. You need to use "xbox oneguide" instead.

    I tried to use one guide with my cable box ( NET HD ), but only shows the channel, without voice commands and one guide. I bought this console thinking that feature was working . very sad. please microsoft do something.

    It probably does use data. My regular tv guide doesn't have the picture of the show on it. The one guide shows the cover of the show on it.
