Xbox One no longer playable due to lag

Here's my issue, short and sweet: I am unable to play any games on my Xbox One due to absolutely unbelievable amounts of lag. This issue started for me 1 day ago. I have owned the Xbox One for 3-4 months, and while I have experienced moderate lag before
along with a plethora of other issues caused by Microsoft's incompetence, this issue really tops the cake.

It started after simply unplugging my Xbox for about 2 hours. After plugging it back in and being forced to recover my Xbox profile and re-connect to my network (some needless issue the One has that 360 never did), I tried to hop on NBA 2K15 to play - boy
was I in for a surprise when I spent 3 minutes "Syncing Data" from 2K, something I have never encountered, and then spending around 10 minutes trying to simply open the MyTeam menu. Now, anyone who plays 2K knows their servers are terrible, but I was spending
minutes loading to simply get booted off the servers, reconnecting, and the same thing happens again. So, I tried to test it out on CoD, Dragon Age, everything wants to "Sync Data" and then if I somehow manage to connect to the game I am playing the laggiest
    game experience of my life.

Now I figure every Xbox forum Mod is going to post the same nonsense telling me "All you have to do is check your NAT type!" My NAT is open, it always has been. NOTHING ABOUT MY ROUTER HAS BEEN CHANGED. I will repeat that in bold and underlined text. NOTHING
ABOUT MY ROUTER SETTINGS HAVE CHANGED.
My router was not touched for the entire duration of this issue, until I tried resetting it. So unless my router decided to change its own settings during the 2 hours my Xbox was unplugged in order to
make it unplayable, my router is not the issue. I am forced to spend several minutes "syncing data" only to experience 12 metric tons of lag on any game I play.

    Any help?

    :)

    Xbox Game Pass for 360!

I don't think there are any plans. If the Game Pass subscription expires, then the games are no longer playable on Xbox One. On Xbox 360, I think it is more difficult to achieve this due to the operating system. This may be why.

  3. A system update is required to sign in to Xbox LIVE, but the update is currently unavailable.

Xbox 360 is getting disestablished. It's best to consider selling the system. I mean it's no longer playable or accessible. Only Xbox One is playable.

Xbox One no longer playable due to lag

Since I cant edit my own post - My DL speed is 10 mbps, my upload speed 11 mbps, ping 13 ms, and no other internet-accessible item in my household has any issue whatsoever with internet accessibility or speed. So again, for all you moderators out there with
your copy-paste "solutions" that you so gleefully posts to every thread, it is not my router that is the issue. I am also unable to view friends, join parties, or join games. Or send invites, for that matter.

How to play a game with a cracked disc?

Once the disk cracks it should no longer read in the xbox, the install failed due to the crack, but once in a great while theres a chance that the content downloaded for that game also affects the playability of the game itself.
