    Xbox one. No HDMI after update.


    After downloading the Update my TV is receiving zero signal from the Xbox.

    Tried Multiple cables, all working on different devices and multiple HDMI ports so cables and TV is fine

    Tried Shutdown, Powerdown, Holding Bind and Eject, unplugging, changing power supply.

    The Xbox is on, and was working fine until stage 3 of the update. now nothing

    Xbox one. No HDMI after update.

    Although I have HDMI after the update I am suffering video problems.

    I have a Samsung 65" Q9 TV and it has AUTO LOW LATENCY mode where it switches between game mode and normal by itself however it seems since the update occasionally when playing it switches to GAME MODE OFF while I'm playing and leave the screen black for
    a few seconds.

    This has happened to me during COD :Modern Warfare multiplayer a few times and also during Forza Horizon 4.

    I haven't changed any cables recently nor anything else the only thing different is the new update on Xbox.

    Also relating to video now on the settings tab GENERAL/TV & DISPLAY OPTIONS/ADVANCED/VIDEO MODES the ALLOW VARIABLE REFRESH RATE box is greyed out now whereas before i could check it as my TV supports this mode and has a FreeSync option on the game mode
    tab on the TVs settings.

    Issue with Live TV and Choppy Picture

    Mine was really choppy, like unwatchable choppy. My wife even comented on it.

    I swaped out all the HDMI cables, nope.

    After a TON of changes and testing, it turns out that if I had the XBox one set to HDMI, I had the problem. Setting it to HDMI (auto) the choppyness was drastically reduced.

    This started with the last update for me.

    This happened to me with the in-box cable. I used a regular HDMI cable, an old one, and it carried 1080p signal just fine. It appears some xboxes don't seem to have the firmware for 2.2 HDMI. After installing a 700MB update, the inbox cable was fine and
    I could push 4K.
