    Xbox one no dispaly


    So yesterday i dropped my xbox one on the ground. I then set it up and it was working. When i woke up the next morning i found my xbox one was on and not turning off. Instead of instantly turning off when pressing the button once i had to hold it down (POP
    HOLD IT DOWN). The problem is it is now not displaying anything on tv, wont connect my controller, and doesn't turn off when pressing i have to hold it down. This is not a update green death screen thing because i already tried the usb fix but nothing shows
    up at all. Its not my hdmi its not my tv. Im thinking it has to be an internal problem, anybody know any fixes?

    Xbox One HDMI "port" not working

    Yes, the HDMI port is nearest to power port. Attempting to do the dispaly settings reset, the second beep never occurs after a minute. I have no external devices.

    I have problem with video setting. I'm trying set refresh rate to 120Hz from 60Hz and my sceen doesn't work and dispaly random pixels. My tv is Panasonic Viera TC L42D2. I check specs and there is refesh rate 120hz. I bought monster 22.5gbps hdmi cabel. Still
    dont working. Please help me Xbox one no dispaly :)

    Since you dropped it on the ground you probably damaged some of the internal components. It would probably be best to get it serviced/repaired

    I have deleted and redownloaded. unfortunatley that did not help. I should have a 10 year tenure on my account. A support agent even reviewed all my past membership payments

    Hi Trever,

    Thanks for coming to the Xbox forums. What troubleshooting have you done to help fix the issue. We recommend trying and

    remove the profile from the console     and then re-download the profile. If you have an open case with support agent its best to follow up with them.
