Xbox one no audio on live-tv sometimes, rebooting Xbox one solves temporarily

As the title suggests, I get a no audio issue from live TV sometimes. It is more prevalent since the last update on in the last month I'd have to say. About once a week or so I have to power cycle the Xbox One to get audio form my Comcast STB. I did not
have this trouble prior to a month or so ago. No changes in my components or setup. Rebooting STB does not solve the issue, only rebooting the Xbox One does. When audio is working, it's fine for the entirety of the session and seems to be good for another
week or so after that.

Searching didn't yield this exact condition, and other troubleshooting methods don't seem useful since it works after a reboot with no changes to settings.

Settings:

HDMI audio 7.1 uncompressed, TV & OneGuide Surround sound turned on.

Anyone experience this?

Video and Audio Delay HELP!

Sky HD box to Xbox One input, xbox output to tv. no splitters. I have no external sound system so delay is on hdmi audio. Sky HD direct to TV has no audio/video sync issues, audio delay is only present with Xbox one in the circuit.

Live TV just stopped working today - audio and video cutting in and out

I have been using my Live TV through my XBOX One for a few months and it's worked great, I love the fact that I can watch live games while getting in some COD. Anyway, just yesterday I tried to turn on the TV and the video was working fine but there was
no TV audio, but the audio in the main menu and the games worked fine. I started trouble shooting by rebooting hte XBOX One, swapped out the HDMI cables, rebooted teh cable box and reconfigured the settings. I have Verizon FIOS. This time when I rebooted
there was no video and just a blue screen. Rebooted again, and now there was a blue screen and hten the sound and video will come through for a few seconds and then just go back to a blue screen with no video or audio.

SOLVED! Used a different HDMI cable. If your setup looks like the one in image # 4 in the following link, and you are not hearing audio in Live TV, try a different HDMI cable.

Rebooting does not solve the issue. The audio remains muted unless the system is powered off and left for many hours (largely I need to leave it off overnight). I have attempted closing the game, closing all games in standby, switching to a different third game, rebooting console, switching console HDMI port.

Of all of these, the only one that temporarily does anything is HDMI port switching, however it isn't guaranteed, and the same issue will occur in the new HDMI slot. I have put the XSX in every one of my 3 HDMI slots, and it will inevitably happen. This suggests, to me, the issue is the Xbox hardware, and not the television. Reliably the TV, the speakers, and the HDMI slot/channel all function as expected with all other devices plugged into it.

Well the hard reboot did not hold.

I have performed the reboot several times.

It corrects the audio issue temporarily but then I lose audio in game dvr again.
