XBOX One NFL Sunday Ticket App?

I've been on the phone with Direct TV bouncing from person to person. The best they can do now is a $15 refund for this week. I've also been chatting with Microsoft. They are saying it is all Direct TV.

That's my update. How are you all doing?

 

Hard reset didn't work for me. Calling DirectTV now

 

Just got off the phone with Direct TV. They said that there is an outage affecting all streaming customers. They're working on it and said when they get it fixed, you won't have to do anything, it'll just start working again.

 

@nkatarow just streaming thru Xbox one? I can stream on my phone just fine.

 

Yes, I'm able to stream through my phone as well. She said it was all streaming accounts, I'm guessing it's just for the app though.

 

Terrible service. I have contacted direct tv and xbox. Direct TV confirmed xbox was having server issues and would be resolved soon. That was over an hour ago. No reply from xbox support. I will expect some kind of credit for missing entire week.

 

I'm also working through some steps with xbox support, I'll post the results when we get through it all.

 

Player- you got to call Direct TV at 855-229-8114 and let them know you want a refund for this week. I just got off the phone for the second week in a row. Don't take anything less than $20. If they offer $15, ask to speak to a supervisor. That's what
I did .

I also said that in the past 2 weeks, I've been on the phone for over 3 hours dealing with this. I told them if this happens next week, I will put a complaint into the Better Business Bureau. Yes, there are worse problems in the world, but if you pay for
a service, you should expect that service to work.

 

Okay just got it working with support, we followed these steps...

1. Uninstall nfl app

2. Go to Settings > Disc & Blu-Ray > Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage. Please do this step for THREE (3) times.

3. Now, after you have done clearing Persistent Storage, please go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC > Clear Alternate MAC > Restart.

4. Re-download the app back to the console.

 

Anybody else now have the highlites playing in the main menu, but the live game in the top right?

 

What I actually meant by "Anybody else now have the highlites playing in the main menu, but the live game in the top right?" is that the main window is playing the pre-taped content from NFL Live as well as highlites from today's game. In the top right
screen, I see the actual live game. When I go full screen, it takes the full screen of NFL Network and game day highlites.

Anybody else have this?
