XBOX One NFL Sunday Ticket App?

So glad I paid $300+ so I can watch incredibly laggy football. Get your *** together Microsoft!!!

 

It has not worked all day. This is typical week one problems though because they open it up to everyone which creates server overload.

 

That is why I am watching through the DirecTV itself.

 

App is working for me and the streams themselves seem pretty good. However, the app itself is very laggy and slow -- all of the UI elements are moving in slow motion, etc.

 

It finally started working for me after the second half of my game. If this problem doesn't happen again, I really like the UI and the way everything is set up.

 

Week 2, and I'm still having problems. I see all the games and scores on the bottom, but the programming is the pre taped content from NFL Network. There's no way to get the games. Anybody else having this problem?

 

@Radioactivebug -- yes, I'm seeing the same thing.

 

@Radioactivebug - Same thing and it is really frustrating. To drop all that money and it doesn't even work properly!

 

I spoke with the NFL Ticket last week and they said it was Microsoft servers. They still gave me a $20 discount last week. I'm on hold with them again. This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm probably going to speak with Microsoft after that.

How are you handling it?

 

I was having this exact problem. Did a hard reboot of the console (hold power down until it shuts off), and that fixed it. I will also be giving both companies a call for compensation.

 

I can get the RedZone, but no games? Anyone know why this is?

 

Gizm0Guru- I tried what you suggested. Did not work. This is ridiculous.

 

@Duh Chuskies, I'm having the same issue. On hold with direct tv and have two microsoft support windows open right now.

 

I tried the hard reset as well to no avail.

 

I tried a hard reset, uninstall/reinstall the app and all I get is the red zone and prerecorded content. This sucks.
