    Xbox One - New Power Supply


    Hi everyone, I’m in need of a new power supply for my Xbox One but when I go to submit an issue on where all of my products are, it won’t submit.

    In addition to this, when I’m requesting a call back from Xbox it also won’t work.

    Any suggestions?

    If it is the original Xbox One with the separate power supply (brick) then you will need to purchase a new power supply, If you own an Xbox One S or Xbox One X then you will just need to purchase a new power cable.

    If it is the original Xbox One with the separate
    power supply     then you will need to obtain a new power supply suitable for use in the US. If your console is one of the newer Xbox One S or Xbox One X consoles then all you will need to do is obtain a new power cable.
    So does Microsoft have a power supply with 220v that I could buy?

    Looks like the power supply has blown

    Have them bring the power supply over and test the new power supply on your sons console.
    That would be good advice for someone with an OG Xbox One, but he has an Xbox One S which has an internal power supply.
